I remember there being an ad campaign from the wacky christian right.  The jingle/tag line I remember was something like "there's hope for change, there's hope for change..." sung in bubblegum male voice over lite rock music.  It had to do with converting homosexuals into heterosexuals through prayer -- these are "conversion ministries." (I suppose that this amounts to heterosexual recruitment...ah the irony of these folks).
